We've done keyword research and structured the site's information architecture accordingly. Every page's metadata is finely tuned and every entity - hawker centre, hawker stall, menu item, dish, recipe - will have schemas for Google to pick up and are organised into SEO-friendly sections.
Word of Mouth
We've built in the concept of Favourite Dishes from the beginning. It's helpful to see the most favourited dishes across Singapore, but people really care only about their friends' and family's tastes. People are going to want to share about this. Also, we're making eating hawker food more fun with gamification.

We'll be creating content for the community - dish and hawker spotlights, data trends and visualisations, and more (when we figure it out).
